Welcome to our company, where tradition meets craftsmanship. We specialize in the design and construction of log houses, crafted through both manual and machine processing. Nestled in the High Tatras of Slovakia, our homes are built from carefully selected spruce wood, either based on custom designs or chosen from our gallery of images and visual plans.

Handcrafted Log Homes:

– Made from logs with diameters of 30, 40, 50, or 60 cm
– Manually debarked and sanded
– Saddle-notched joints for authentic rustic character
– Natural, uneven shapes preserved for a unique aesthetic

Machine-Made Log Homes:

– Logs milled to a uniform diameter of 22–28 cm
– Smooth and consistent finish
– Ideal for modern, precision-built structures

Assembly & Insulation:

– Logs are grooved for tight fitting and filled with cotton insulation
– Treated with insect and fungus protection
– Recommended finish: wood stain after assembly

– Openings for doors and windows are cut according to your plans
– Pre-drilled holes for electrical wiring and fittings
– Requires a building plan, permits, electrical drawings, and a concrete foundation

Roof Structure:

– Standard: edged beams
– Optional: log rafters for attic or exposed beam designs

Our partner company assembles each house to a structural-ready state at their Slovakian site, which can be visited by appointment. After inspection:

– Logs are numbered, disassembled, and transported
– Our team handles on-site reassembly and installation

Timeline:

– Structural completion: 4–6 months
– On-site assembly: 10–15 days

Phase 1:

– Erection of main and partition walls
– Installation of ceiling beams, gable walls, and roof structure
– Includes lathing and foil application

Phase 2:

– Installation of doors and windows
– Placement of roofing material (available for an additional fee)

Note: Interior finishing (kitchen, bathroom, living room), roofing material selection (tiles, shingles, thatch, etc.), and procurement are the owner’s responsibility. Transport and crane fees are not included in the base price.

– Natural wood drying may cause minor cracks, which do not affect insulation or structural integrity
